Dear Guest

I will appreciate the opportunity to look into it and to respond to you but unfortunately you gave little or no information about the incident. I can’t assume that you or members of your family were bitten by bedbugs during your stay only because you posted your dissatisfaction on Bedbug Register. Could you kindly reach me at (202)638-2626 or by email alvaro.jimenez@stregis.com to investigate further?

Best regards,

Alvaro Jimenez

I was staying here with my family in a suite. The room was very clean. So, without checking we went to bed. When we woke up the front desk shooed us away. No more St. Regis.

Dear Guest

I will appreciate the opportunity to look into it and to respond to you but unfortunately you gave little information about the incident, as well as identified a room that doesn’t exist in our property. Could you kindly reach me at (202)638-2626 or by mail alvaro.jimenez@stregis.com to investigate further?

The resurgence of bed bugs in the United States over the last five years is a widely-recognized problem. This problem has affected not only the hotel industry, but hospital

s, college dormitories and private multiple dwellings, as well.

To address this growing problem, Starwood mandates an aggressive pest control policy, which includes regularly scheduled professional inspections and, if necessary, elimination protocols. I want to assure you that we have fully implemented the policy and protocols here at the St. Regis Washington DC. If I can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me

Very truly yours,

Alvaro Jimenez
