Did a survey and have to say the mattresses were the cleanest I have found anywhere, without a trace!

I stayed on the 10th floor, the room was very clean, pulled back covers to check mattress seam there was nothing. Beds were great! Room was very clean.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights two weeks agao, about 7 days later, my back had red bumps and welts and some turned to blisters. It was bed bug bites. I could only have been from this hotel, as it was the only hotel I had stayed at for the last month.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt last week. I reported a single bug to front desk and asked if someone could look at it. Less than five minutes later the housekeeping assistant manager, Ross, came and inspected the bug. It was not a bed bug, but within twenty minutes he had moved me to a different (and better) room anyway.
The staff went over the top to make sure that I was having a good stay, including follow-up calls and a bottle of wine.
I saw nothing from then on that looked suspicious, and
I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I'm in Denver. The staff is on top of this issue.
No Problem Here...stayed in August for a National Sales Meeting for one week...most of the reps staying were/are medically trained and there were no reports of any issues whatsoever. I inspected my room as usual and found no evidence (my pst life I was a health inspector so I know what to look for) Nicest and cleanest hotel I have been at in the past several years (I travel a lot)

I can't say what "Anonymous" could report below on "the whole place," but I can report regarding my stay in room 906. I stayed in the hotel during the transition week of late September to October 2010, as I and my wife attended the national Scientific Assembly of the American Academy of Family Physicians. When we entered the room we performed a _thourough_ inspection of evey nook and crany using a flashlight. We found no evidence whatsoever of existing _or prior_ infestation by Bedbugs, or any o
ther insects. Further, we heard no complaints by other physicians in the hotel. Our stay was very pleasant and the staff was professional. I would stay here again without hesitation ... you should too.

I stayed here about two years ago. I woke up with red marks and extreme itching. Was checking out first thing in the morning and tried to get a dermatologist appointment that day. It took awhile to get in with the doctor and by that time the itching had gone away.
I did not report the incident to the hotel because at that time I did not know what the problem was.

stayed for one night found bed bugs all over the place! DO NOT STAY HERE
