Just got refunded money for tonight. Before I got into bed, there was one right on the duvet. Took a pic of it. Went to front desk. They denied they had them - even with pic. She called the manager who, after a long conversation, directed her to get 'proof'. Girl stomped over to room. Flipped sheets over. Slid top mattress over. Nothing. I got ticked because I knew they were there. Told her to take off the dust ruffle sheet---- an there they were. A good little nest of them. Got my $. Left notes
