I spent one evening at this hotel. I woke up at about 3am itching my neck and chest like crazy. Upon taking a look in the mirror, I discovered about a dozen bites that by morning turned into huge welts. I contacted Hilton via e-mail the next day, but two weeks have passed and I haven't heard that they've taken any measures to remedy the situation.
