On September 21st, 2011, at my room at Shutters on the Beach, I noticed something crawling around on the bed that I had been lounging around on for most of the day. It was a bedbug. I only saw the one, but I immediately called the desk and told them that I'd need another room.

The folks at the front desk told me to pack up my stuff and they would move me immediately. They were very accommodating, but after they moved me, everyone acted as though nothing at all had happened. When I left,
