Inspected the bed and found out small bed bugs. The front desk offered a full refound and helped us in the cancellation process with expedia

Saw and killed a live bed bug. Front desk offered no apology and was only mildly conciliatory on offering a room next door( really?) and changing the bedding.
I checked bedding and frame upon check-in and it looked clean. Hotel is under new mgmt and they may be working on upgrades as this room looked like a renovation compared to other rooms I've stayed in. On past visits I have not seen any bed bugs.
This is a huge concern-not only bugs but the blase attitude by the front desk.

When we arrived, we found signs of bedbugs right on our sheets - 3 skin castings. I promptly notified hotel staff. While they were very courteous (they found us a room in a different hotel at a discounted rate and refunded our money), they didn't seem very concerned about the bed bugs. The hotel's housekeeping told us they would change the bed's sheets, but other than that, I am unaware of any other action they took to address the situation

I stayed there for 3 nights in fall 2012 and I saw no sign of bed bugs.

I stayed at Casa Loma in Spring of 2011. The staff was very nice and overall the hotel was inexpensive, clean, safe, and well located. Unfortunately they DO have bed bugs, and moreover they didn't really seem as concerned about it as they should be. Take precautions if you go to stay there. I don't think it's a bad infestation, I only physically saw one bug while I was there, but I was actually bit several times in one night.
