My wife and I stayed at this hotel 8/23-8/30. On the night of the 27 while watching tv I noticed a bug on the sheets. I got out of bed, pulled the covers back and saw a bunch of bugs big and small. I called the front desk, the woman said she was very sorry and would get us another room. We had to pack up our cloths, trying to ck for bugs, waiting for her to call back to come down to the lobby to get a key for another room, were the tv didn,t work. When I was checking out on the 30th I asked to
talk to the manager but was told he was in a meeting and wouldn't be avaible for a couple of hours. They did give me his card with an e/m address. What makes me mad is they never followed up to see if we were ok in the new room ecetra. After comeing home and sending an e/m to Art Collantes, director of guest services, he wrote back that he had sent me a message on the phone asking if everthing was OK and I never responded back. Mabey he did but I don't know how my wife and I missed the light blinking on the phone for the next 2 days until we checked out. This is sept 4th and the bites are just starting to go away.
