Thursday, April 25, 2013. Bed bug remnants found in sheets and on box spring. Roommate had bites on torso. Hotel changed rooms, but did not seem particularly concerned or interested in report.

My family and I stayed here on March 4th to the 6th. I have stayed at this hotel before and have had no problems, this time however is a different story.
First, let me say that the staff here did everything they could to make sure we would have a comfortable stay so that's a plus. I checked in to room 225, I found a bug as I was checking the sheets, it wasn't a bed bug but it was still on the bed so I requested a new room. They switched us to room 238. Began my search again, the mattress
looked very clean but the boxspring had little black dots and white specks on it inside the little plastic corners that say "Sealy" still didn't think much but as I started checking the second bed I found two dead bed bugs in the same plastic area of the box spring. Yes, they were dead BUT what's the black and white stuff then? I immediately went downstairs and gave it to the manager, who changed my room again, somewhere on the 4th floor. As I started to check that room the housekeeping manager came by with her flashlight and was helping me check the beds. She insisted that we change to the Club Level and that my family and I would be more comfortable, so we changed rooms again, to room 305 where I found nothing! Thank goodness! And to top it off, she had housekeeping come do another cleaning, move the beds to vacuum under the beds, wipe everything down again, etc.
