Avoid this hotel at all costs. My wife and I were bitten by bedbugs at this hotel. The hotel staff was not accommodating, could not switch our rooms or help relocate us. They offered to two nights refund out of 3, but at that point we didn't care about getting our refund. Our vacation was already ruined and we want as many people to know about how horrible this place is. With no place to go and clothing we think were infested with bugs, we booked an immediate return flight home. The one staff me

mber on duty did not believe us about the bed bugs and kept smiling and laughing at us despite my wife coming to tears. He would not give us the manager's name or phone number and refused to give us his name as well. If something like this were to happen to the guests of any hotel, the hotel staff and the manager should do everything in their power to see to the guest's peace of mind and to the guest's comfort. This was not the case. The room itself had a musty smell. Our key would not work on the door after 3 tries, and on the third night completely failed to work. There's nothing to see in the surrounding areas, and at night the area is sort of dangerous, with a lot of homeless people and mentally disturbed people walking the streets and arguing. The worst part is coming home and the fear of bringing the bugs back to your own home. We've isolated our clothing into plastic tubs, so that we can launder them later. Our bites have turned redder. Right now we're taking Benadryl and Cortizone, hoping that our bites won't scar, and trying to ignore the constant itchiness. I booked this place through Expedia, which gave it 3 1/2 stars. MISLEADING. I thought I was careful about booking a hotel without bugs, but I was wrong. Please do further research when booking a hotel. Do not rely on the reviews on just one website. Spend the extra money for a nicer place because a good peace of mind is priceless. Another big fear is that they have a photocopy of my driver's license and credit card info. I've never heard of a hotel keeping a photograph of your driver's license, and I'm afraid they'll abuse that information. But I feel it's better to get the information out about this hotel rather than any other risk.
