I stayed at the Courtyard last night May 15th. Woke up to a bunch of little itchy bites all over my arms and neck. Obviously from bed bugs. I proceeded to tell the hotel clerk at the front desk and not one apology. The only comment he said is we will check it out. I will never stay here again and will make sure I call back tomorrow and speak to a manager. This is absolutely disgusting. Do not ever stay here...

My husband stayed at the Courtyard Fresno hotel on 5/1/13, and came home today, 5/2/13, with big bites on his torso. We are isolating his luggage and clothing now, in case this was from bedbugs. We do not see any bugs (we hope) in his personal items. I normally remind him to check the bed and room before staying anywhere which he said he did not do last night. We will be contacting the hotel in the morning to let them know. This is gross and we are not happy!

On 11/2/2012 we checked into the hotel and went to room 239 we were traveling with a sports team. I did my bed bug inspection and pulled the bedskirt up that was pressed against the wall. Several small dead bugs, skins, eggs, and one live bug was present. I called downstairs and they moved us to another room, 357. I did the same inspection and found something similar. Upon showing a fellow traveler the second room, they found the same thing in their room and it was wide spread throughout our gro
up. All of us had to find alternative lodging late at night when our girls had to compete early in the next morning. When moving to a new hotel, our rates doubled as we were told that the other Marriot property could not accomidate 2 queen beds at the same rate, but could offer two bedroom suites for double the price. Thankfully, we checked our beds!
