We checked in on Thursday Jan 24, 2013 about 2pm. About 4am my friend woke up with bed bugs feasting on his back, legs and his head. We captured one and placed it in a baggie. We went to office and presented it to the clerk. The manager contacted me about 10 am and assured us of a refund. We were very disturbed by the incident. Since it was an Auto Club approved motel we felt safe. Wrong. I will contact them. You listed the motel as Rodeway Inn, it must have been taken over by Clarion Inn. Not
